The staff was very kind and always available. My bathroom and room were nice, well organised, and clean. The location was super.
I booked my room at a non-refundable rate, as I was ok with the description. I could hear the person on the other side of the wall snoring all night, and their alarm woke me up. The toilet was located way too close to the sink cabinet. It was uncomfortable to use.

the room was quite small i booked a room with two single beds instead i got a double bed a window faced a wall the room was really hot. the room smelled like someone smoked in there before i arrived. i did not like that the beds were changed at the last minute. the room felt very cramped due to its size and layout.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel offered a free left luggage facility, which proved very convenient. the decor in the reception area was also nice.
the room smelled strongly, like too much air freshener. using the sink caused gargling noises from the shower. the shower lacked a door, uncomfortable.
